Had a nice stay with my wife. The staff was cute , especially at check-in, and the room had a amazing view of the city. We also enjoyed a couples massage.

It definitely wasn't inexpensive , but worth it.

Exceptional experience! The staff provided first-class service, making us feel special throughout our stay. The spacious, well-appointed Premier Two Queen Bed was a delight. Conveniently located in the financial district, we enjoyed peaceful, comfortable nights. Just a slight hiccup, as breakfast quality wasn't great—some staff seemed overwhelmed. But overall, a memorable visit!

The hotel displays stunning decor and comfortable rooms, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. However, hidden fees for services and overpriced dining options were disappointing. Staff friendliness and attentive service helped balance the experience, leaving me with mixed feelings overall.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We explored the beautiful nearby shops and enjoyed the elegant private screening room. The location is perfect—so close to great restaurants and shopping. Just a heads-up, the power went out during one of our nights, but the staff handled it well!

We did experience a power outage in the middle of the night, which was a bit frustrating. It wasn't communicated well in advance, leaving us in the dark for a while.

The room was large and beautifully appointed, featuring a luxurious spa-like tub with high-end L’Occitane amenities. The gym was impressive, offering a wide range of equipment and access to a rooftop deck. Unfortunately, I found the dining experience at Momofuku to be overrated, and while the koi pond in the lobby was unique, I didn’t get to try the afternoon tea. Overall, I enjoyed the nice atmosphere and personable service, but some aspects didn’t quite meet expectations.
